With the end of winter, we are saying goodbye to our location in Gstaad. Thank you to all our guests who supported our concept and shared the sauna experience with us.
In summer, the Saunachalet will return at a new location in the surrounding area – with a natural setting and alpine atmosphere.
Sauna experience in the handcrafted saunachalet
Designed and built by our team. The cozy sauna is heated with a traditional wood-burning stove, which you light yourself. The result is a warm, authentic sauna atmosphere, complete with the distinctive scent of crackling firewood.
Located just a short walk from the Eggli valley station, it’s the perfect place to unwind and soak up soothing heat after a day in the snow.

Important information about our location in Gstaad
Heating
Guests must heat the sauna themselves using the wood provided. If no one has booked the sauna before you, you will need to heat it up. For this, you should arrive 60 minutes before your appointment. (You will not be charged for the extra time.)

General Information & Sauna Rules
Bring along:

We do not provide any food or drinks. Therefore, you must bring your own drinks and snacks.

Two large towels (one for sitting on and one for drying).

Optionally, you can bring your own music box.
Infusion water: Check that there are no wood shavings or similar materials in the water. You are welcome to add a few drops of the fragrance oil that we provide free of charge.
Please adhere to your booking times: Arrive on time for your booked appointment and leave the sauna promptly, especially if guests arrive after you.
Hygiene: Please always sit on a towel and do not wear shoes in the sauna. No eating in the sauna.
Dress code: In the sauna, you can choose whether you want to sweat naked or in swimwear. Outside, we ask that you wear swimwear.
Pets: For hygiene reasons, dogs or other pets are not allowed in the sauna chalets.
Independent use: The sauna is unattended and for private use. You will receive the key from the key box, and you regulate the temperature yourself. There is no supervision during your stay – everything is done independently.
Smoking ban: Smoking cigarettes, vapes, etc. is prohibited in the sauna.
Care and damages: Take care of the premises and report damages as soon as possible via the contact form or email.
Cleanliness: The sauna is regularly and thoroughly cleaned. However, if it should be heavily soiled, please inform us immediately via the contact form.
Cleaning up: Please leave the sauna clean and take your rubbish with you. Wipe the benches and floor with the provided cloth and broom.
Payments: Only online prepayments (Twint or credit card) are possible.
Cancellation: Appointment cancellations are only possible for website members. Appointments can be cancelled in the customer account up to 24 hours before the start time.
Age & Liability: 18 years and over. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Use of the sauna is at your own risk.
