How do I book a sauna? ...

The sauna can only be booked online.Go to one of the location pages (either Gsteig or Gstaad)Click on "Book" for your desired booking duration.Fill out the booking form and make the payment.Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email which, in addition to important information about the location, also contains the access code for the sauna.Please note: It may take a few minutes to receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please contact the Saunachalet team using the contact form.
Immediately after booking, you will receive your access code via email . At the start of your appointment, you can use this code to open the key box located next to the sauna's entrance door . Take the key from the box to open the door.After your sauna visit, please put the key back in the box and close it carefully .Instructions for opening the box are available on site at the sauna.Please also check your spam or junk email inbox if you have not received a message before your appointment.If you still do not receive an email, please contact us via the contact form on our website.

Saunachalet Gstaad:In Gstaad, guests are responsible for heating the sauna themselves, provided no other visitors have used it before their booked time. You can arrive one hour before your appointment to heat the sauna. This extra time is, of course, free of charge. Please refer to the booking calendar, which is available on the location's page.Saunachalet Gsteig:The sauna in Gsteig is automatically controlled. You don't need to preheat it.
Saunachalet Gstaad:The sauna in Gstaad must be heated by the user using the available wood. You determine the temperature by the amount of wood you use during your visit. Important: If no one has booked a time slot before you, you must arrive 45-60 minutes before your scheduled time to light the sauna. This extra time will not be charged.Saunachalet Gsteig:The sauna in Gsteig is heated electrically. No preheating is required, and the temperature can be easily adjusted using an automatic regulator.
Check that the oven is closed (only in Gstaad). The fire does not need to be extinguished.Refill the wood in the sauna (only in Gstaad).Wipe down the floor and benches. The necessary cleaning materials are provided.Make sure to pack all your personal belongings.Close all doorsPlace the key in the key box.

For technical reasons, appointments can only be cancelled by registered guests with a customer account.Cancellation is possible online up to 24 hours before the booked appointment.After this deadline, no refunds are possible (see Terms and Conditions ). You will receive your refund in the form of a voucher that you can redeem on our website.
Only adults (18+) are permitted to make a booking. Minors, however, may use the sauna if accompanied by a supervising adult.Furthermore, the sauna may only be used by physically fit individuals. If you are ill or have, for example, circulatory problems, you should refrain from visiting the sauna.
